I am on day [DAY] of a 90 day Road Trip right now.

Not a case study. Not something I did once and turned into a course. I am in a rented Airbnb room in [CITY] tonight, I knocked on doors this morning, and I will knock on some more tomorrow morning. The system on this page is the one I am running while you read it.

What This Is Not

There is no theory in this book.

Most people selling you a way to make money have one thing in common. They stopped doing the thing. The thing became the story, the story became the course, and the course became the income. Ask them for last month's numbers from the actual method and watch what happens to the conversation.

I have run this system [TRIPS] times across [YEARS] years. Most of those trips were a choice. Several of them were not, because life had put me somewhere with no address and a very short clock, and this was what I knew how to do.

I am running one today. You are not reading a memoir. You are watching a live execution of the exact protocol in the book.

Which means every number in Part 6 came off a tracker instead of out of an imagination. Every objection in Part 4 got said to my face by a real owner standing in a real shop. Every rule in Part 2 is there because I broke it once and paid for it.

The Receipts

Two numbers. That is the entire tracker.

Every night of every Trip, in every city, I sit down and enter two numbers.

Cash collected today. Expenses today.

That is the whole entry. No dashboards. No conversion funnels. No twelve tab spreadsheet I built once and abandoned in week two. Two numbers, typed once, about forty seconds.

Because those two are the only numbers that decide whether a Trip lives or dies. What came in, and what it cost to stay out here. Everything else is commentary.

From those two entries the sheet calculates the rest on its own: net for the day, where I stand against the daily target, the weekly target, the month, and the quarter. I type two numbers and I know exactly where I am inside a 90 day operation. That is the whole system of record.

What I type What the sheet calculates
Day Cash Collected Expenses Net Vs Target
Day [ ]$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]
Day [ ]$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]
Day [ ]$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]
Day [ ]$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]
Day [ ]$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]
Week$[ ]$[ ]$[ ][ ]

I publish the expense column on purpose. The room, the food, the transport, the coffee I did not need. Anybody can show you a collections number. The number that matters is what is left after the Trip pays for itself, and that is the one nobody in this business ever puts on a sales page.

Notice what is not in that table. No doors knocked. No close rate. No pipeline. Track the two numbers that pay rent and the rest sorts itself out.

What I Am Actually Selling Out Here

On this Trip, there is no product.

Here is the part that will make some people close the page, so I am putting it early instead of hiding it near the bottom.

The Trip I am running right now has nothing to sell. No standee on a counter. No case in the trunk. No service to deliver on Thursday. There is no inventory, no fulfillment, no shipping, no software, no follow up work of any kind.

What I use instead is a short story about my own life.

True, every word of it. Told in a very particular order, with very particular things left out, in about ninety seconds. And somewhere between a third and half of the people I tell it to say yes. Not yes to a demo. Not yes to a follow up. Yes, right there, on the spot, in cash.

I know exactly how that reads, so let me be blunt about it. I have never invented a hardship, a name, a number, or a reason to move somebody. Not once. I do not need to and it would not work as well anyway, because people can hear the difference between a story you are telling and a story you lived. What I innovated is not the content. It is the architecture. What comes first. What gets left out. Where the ask sits, and what has to be true in the listener's mind before it arrives.

That took me years and a lot of bad nights to work out. It is the sharpest thing I own.

Why this belongs on a page selling a door to door playbook.

Because it proves the thing the book is actually about, and most people miss it on the first read.

The Road Trip™ was never a product business. The landing sequence is the system. The 72 hours before the first door, the route, the rhythm, the ninety second structure, the two number tracker, the discipline of showing up on a street where nobody knows your name. The product is just the medium. Swap the medium and the machine keeps running.

Which is why I am out here on the hardest possible version of it. No inventory to lean on, no recurring revenue building underneath me, nothing to point at on a counter. Just a person, a sidewalk, ninety seconds, and something true. And the tracker still fills in every night.

If the system holds up with nothing to sell, it will hold up for you with something to sell. That is the entire argument, and I am spending ninety days proving it in public.

Why I Am Selling This Now

Because of what this economy is doing to people.

I carried this system privately for years. It was mine. It was the thing I did when everything else fell through, and I never had much interest in packaging it up for anybody.

Then I started paying attention to who is getting hit right now. People laid off from jobs that were supposed to be safe. People watching app payouts shrink while the hours grow. People one surprise away from the position I have been in more than once, with a runway measured in days instead of months.

What almost nobody is handing those people is a way to produce income this week using nothing but their feet, their voice, and a script. Everything else in the market needs 90 days, an audience, or a budget. This needs a Saturday.

So I am on the road anyway. I decided to document the whole thing and hand it over while I am inside it, because the version written from a comfortable desk in six months would be a worse book, and the people who need this need it now.

The Honest Version

Why 50, and why the price doubles.

The number is not a marketing device. It is a capacity limit, and here is the arithmetic behind it.

I knock 40 doors a day. That is not a slogan, it is the standard in Part 5 and I hold myself to it, including today. Between the doors, the installs, the comebacks and the evening debrief, what is left over is maybe an hour.

Fifty founding members is what fits in that hour. Fifty people I can actually read, actually answer, and actually walk through their first week while I am running my own. At two hundred I would have to stop answering or stop knocking, and I am not doing either.

So the founding round closes at 50 because that is the honest edge of what one person in the field can carry. After that the book still works exactly the same. You just get the book instead of the book plus me.

What a Founding Seat Gets You

Four things that end at seat 50.

The No Exceptions Policy

Seat 51 pays $77. Including you.

I am not going to make an exception for a good reason. There will be good reasons. Somebody will write me on Tuesday explaining that they meant to buy on Monday, and they will be telling the truth, and the answer will still be $77.

Not because I enjoy that. Because the fifty people who moved when it counted paid $37 for exactly one thing: moving when it counted. If I hand that same price to the person who did not, I have quietly told the first fifty that their decisiveness was worthless. I will not do that to them.

This is also the first lesson of the book arriving early and for free. The Road Trip™ works because you knock the door in front of you today instead of the better door you imagine tomorrow. The price is the same test.

No exceptions · No extensions · No second window
What You Won't Find On This Page

There is no countdown clock here. On purpose.

You have seen the fake ones. The timer that resets when you reload the page. The "only 3 left" that has said three every day for a year. The banner that has been expiring since March.

I am selling to people who have been lied to by the internet enough times to spot it, and I am doing it from a rented room between selling days. So the scarcity here is one number I update by hand: seats claimed, out of fifty. When it reads fifty, the checkout charges $77 and this page changes to say so.

There is no deadline. There is only a counter. Which means it could close this afternoon, and nobody, including me, gets to tell you how long you have.

The Math of Waiting

The $40 is the small part.

Say you sit on this for two weeks and the seats are gone. Here is the honest accounting, using the book's own numbers.

What you loseWhat it actually costs
The founding price $40. Real, but survivable. Roughly a fifth of one activation sale from Part 3.
The dispatches This Trip is finite. When it ends the window ends with it, and no amount of money reopens it.
The direct line Gone. You get the book, not the guy in the room.
Two Saturdays This is the expensive one. Two landing days that came and went. Two Mondays that could have paid and didn't. In the book's conservative math a single selling week is worth several hundred dollars, and the recurring revenue it starts compounds every month after that.

Waiting has never been free. It just does not send you an invoice. The $40 is the receipt you can see. The two Saturdays are the ones you can't.

One Thing Before You Buy

If this is your last $37, don't spend it here.

I mean that. Some of the people reading this page are in the exact position I have been in more than once, and I am not going to squeeze a book sale out of somebody's grocery money.

If $37 is the difference between eating and not eating this week, keep it. Feed yourself. Part 2 covers running this protocol in your own city for nearly nothing, and thinking about that variant is free. When you have $37 that is not load bearing, the book will still exist. It will cost $77, and that is a fair price for what is in it.

But if the $37 is affordable and what is actually stopping you is that you are not sure you are the kind of person who can walk into a stranger's business and ask for money, read the next line carefully. Nobody is that kind of person until the first Monday they do it. I wasn't either. I just ran out of alternatives sooner than you did.

The Guarantee

Knock it, or return it.

Read the playbook. If you genuinely believe it cannot put money in your hand, write me within 14 days and I refund your $37, no interrogation. The founding price does not cost you the guarantee.

I will tell you now: the refund requests I respect come from people who knocked fifty doors and have notes. The playbook works when worked, and I am proving that this month in a city I had never seen before this Trip.

Straight Answers

The questions people actually ask.

Are you really out there right now, or is that a marketing line?

Day [DAY] of 90, in [CITY]. The status bar at the top of this page moves as the Trip does. The dispatches founding members get are written from the room at the end of the selling day, and they include the days that go badly, because those are the ones actually worth reading.

Does the book teach the story method you are using right now?

The playbook teaches the system: the landing sequence, the offer test, the ninety second structure, the daily rhythm, the two number tracker, and three product based ways to run it that anybody can start on Monday. The story method is the version I am running on this Trip, and founding members watch it happen in the dispatches while it is live. Start with a medium you can hold in your hand. The other thing is what the system becomes once you have run it a few times.

Are the stories real?

Every word. I have never invented a hardship, a name, a number or a reason to move somebody, and I would not know how to sell a book that told you to. The innovation is in how a true story gets built and where the ask sits inside it, not in making things up. If that distinction matters to you, we are going to get along.

If the system works this well, why sell a book at all?

Fair question and it deserves a straight answer. The book is not replacing the doors. I am still knocking them today, which is the whole premise of this page. The book exists because I am on the road anyway and this economy has produced a lot of people who need a way to eat next week. Fifty seats at $37 is not a business model. It is a distribution decision.

Will you really not make an exception on the price?

No. Ask anybody who tries. The founding round rewards one specific behavior, and handing the same price to people who did not do the behavior deletes the point of it. I would rather lose your $37 than break my word to the fifty people who moved.

How do I know the seat counter is real?

Because I update it by hand and I have told you so in writing. There is no widget faking urgency at you. Watch it. It moves when people buy and it sits still when they don't.

Is the book finished, or am I buying a promise?

Finished. All seven parts and every field sheet, delivered the second you pay. Founding members are early, not beta testers waiting on chapters to show up.

Do founding members get the Field Kit Pack too?

The Field Kit Pack is a separate $17 add on at checkout, founding member or not. Fillable field sheets plus the digital daily tracker, which is the same one the numbers above came off. Worth it if you would rather tap a phone than fold paper. The playbook stands alone either way.

Seats 1 – 50

I am back on the street in the morning either way.

Fifty seats, then the door closes and the price doubles. No timer to beat, no deadline to remember. There is a number at the top of this page, it only moves one direction, and when it reaches fifty this offer stops existing.

The only real question is whether your Monday ends up looking like mine.
